Return & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy :

 

Since most of our products are customized and Due personalized for a client, orders once placed cannot be cancelled or changed. If you do wish to cancel/amend your order, please contact our Customer Service at sales@advitiyadesigns.com and we will try our best to cancel/change it if production hasn’t started.

 

Returns and Exchanges :


Since most of our products are customized and personalised on client's preferences, Advitiya  has a strict no exchange or refund policy across the website unless the product has a manufacturing defect.

If there is any genuine case for exchange of a non-personalized product, please contact Customer Service at sales@advitiyadesigns.com within 3 days of receiving your order & we will handle these exchanges depending on the product.

In the case where we have approved an exchange for an order, the customer will be required to ship the product back to us  at the address provided by the Customer Service department within 3 working days. Please ensure the product is returned in its complete packaging to be eligible for an exchange. Once we have received and examined the product, a replacement will be couriered out to you. If we are unable to replace the item due to a size not being available or the item being out of stock, we will provide you with a coupon code that can be used against any future purchase.

All shipping costs associated with any return or exchange will be the responsibility of the customer.

In case of the product being received with a manufacturing ,please contact Customer Service within 3 working days along with images of the damaged product and we will help you out.

In any case, we will not be able to entertain any complaints after 3 working days, once the order is delivered.

No returns or exchanges will be entertained during sale period or a product being purchased at a discounted rate.

Cancellation and Return Policy
Although we make every effort to fulfill all the orders placed there may be certain orders that we are unable to process and must cancel. The reasons include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product, pricing and stock information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

Our Customer Care Team will communicate to you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account. If you have paid for the order by alternate payment options then our Customer Care team will contact you to process the refund by alternate methods.
